This service is TOTALLY FREE to help Christian web sites promote their web sites at no cost. 2.Your web site must be a Christian owned web site. Evidence of that must be displayed on the MAIN PAGE of the web site registered on your account or ONE-LEVEL DEEP. "One-Level Deep" means that from the main page, we can click a link to a sub-page on the web site and see that this is a Christian-owned web site. We need to verify that we are on a Christian web site. We don't have the time to search through all the links on any site to determine if it qualifies. 3. You may ask yourself what kind of evidence do we look for exactly? We look to see that it is a Christian web site. It should be stated on the site that it is Christian owned or operated or there needs to be Christian content of some type. We have to believe in our heart and we need to feel confident that the web site owner believes that the Bible is the only authoritative Word of God; believes that there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost; in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father; in His personal, future return to this earth in power and glory to rule over the nations; that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ, and not through our works, which is essential for personal salvation; and that Jesus Christ is the one mediator between God and men. 4. We may accept a web site that may later change it's content for what ever reason. If this should happen and you notice a site such as this in the exchange, we ask that you please give us the chance to look into it and if needed, we will take the necessary steps to correct the problem. 5.Your web site must have some kind of Christian content: scriptures, testimonies, personal stories, church news, bible studies, Christian graphics, Christian music, orthodox theology, missionary information, etc. And it must show Christian ownership. If the web site is for a business to market a product or service, in addition to displaying Christian ownership, it must be a product or service we feel is of interest or value to fellow Christians. 6.Your web site cannot contain hate messages (against secular or Christian individuals or organizations); cannot allow nudity, profanity, or other obscene behavior or topic; cannot promote demonic, occult, satanic, new age or anti-Christian values or beliefs; cannot promote pro-choice or pro-abortion views; cannot promote gay or lesbian lifestyle views; cannot promote a distorted view or faulty interpretation of the Holy Bible; cannot promote Mormonism, Jehovah's Witness, Christian Science, Unity Church, Unitarian-Universalist Church, Unification Church, New Age, Scientology, International Church of Christ, and United Pentecostal; and cannot be a religion or denomination that we consider to be a "cult" 7.By "cult", we mean that it uses psychological coercion to recruit, indoctrinate and retain its members; it forms an elitist totalitarian society; its founder/leader is self-appointed, dogmatic, messianic, not accountable and has charisma. So, a church denomination or teaching that doesn't believe the same way we do does not necessarily make it a cult. But may still not qualify for membership in the Bible Study Notes BannerXchange. 8.The URL you register for your Bible Study Notes BannerXchange account (or a page that is "one-level deep" from the main page) MUST have a Bible Study Notes BannerXchange banner. You may have Bible Study Notes BannerXchange banners on other pages through out the web site, but when a visitor clicks on your banner from another Bible Study Notes BannerXchange member site, they must arrive on the page (or a page "one-level deep" from the main page) that displays a Bible Study Notes BannerXchange banner. 9.Your Bible Study Notes BannerXchange account MUST NOT be used on a web site (another URL) other than the one registered in your account. You may open up another account for another (URL) web site. In other words, you may not apply your Bible Study Notes BannerXchange banner code on a high-traffic site to promote a low-traffic site. If you open a second site you can not use the same account number on that site. You must open a new account for the new (URL) site. 10.You understand that you must supply an URL pointing to a banner. This service does not provide hosting of banners. The physical dimensions must be 468x60 pixels. And, it must be 15K in size or less and it may be animated. 11. Any site found (or suspected) of artificially inflating the number of clicks on any banners on your site will be automatically terminated from the Bible Study Notes BannerXchange. This means you can not use software programs or hardware of any kind to inflate the number of clicks that credits your account with exposures. 12. You may join other exchanges. 13.You understand that you gain 2/1 credit each time a Bible Study Notes BannerXchange member banner is displayed on YOUR site. And that YOUR banner is displayed on another member's web site each time you gain ONE full credit. When a member site's banner cannot be displayed, you understand that a banner promoting Bible Study Notes BannerXchange will display. 14. You may place the html code on as many pages of your site as you wish. 15. Your account may be deleted if you have not supplied a banner within 48 hours of joining Bible Study Notes BannerXchange. Banners hosted under http://www.addesigner.com/ are not allowed, due to their banner storage policy. You may review their policy and pratices by visiting addesigner.com. 16. Bible Study Notes BannerXchange will make every reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, Bible Study Notes BannerXchange does not make any guarantees regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the BannerXchange services. 17. Bible Study Notes BannerXchange retains ownership and all rights to the Bible Study Notes BannerXchange name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information. Your membership information will be handled in accordance to our privacy policy. 18. You agree with the above Terms & Conditions and understand that, in order to promote quality Christian web sites, if any of the above Terms & Conditions are not met at any time that your account may be subject to cancellation.
